Kenya Tong-IL Moo-Do Federation Club Affiliation

– All persons must affiliate under a club as per the KTMF Constitution to be recognized as official
KTMF Members.
– A minimum of 6 members is required to affiliate a club.
-The club affiliation form should be filled in quadruplets (4 Copies).
-The forms should be filled in capital letters.

–Once the online application is submitted the Instructor should download And Fill this Form

-Then the Team Coach should sign his part, then the Patron sign and stamp or either on the authorizing
part then finally the KTMF – Chairman will sign his part to approve the club affiliation to KTMF.
-Club affiliation and Individual membership affiliation fee should be banked together.
-Club official(s) should deposit the club and member’s affiliation fee only to the KTMF bank account
below and present the original bank deposit slip attached with filled up affiliation forms for clubs
and individual members. These documents should be forwarded to their respective KTMF Regional
headquarters who shall forward them to the KTMF Headquarters office.
-On receipt of Affiliation forms and bank deposit slip the federation shall issue a KTMF Affiliation
Certificate and process individual membership cards for affiliated persons.
-Individual membership affiliation Fee is Kes.1, 000 per person per calendar year (January to
December). This fee is renewed annually and runs from January to December of each year.
-Club affiliation fees are as follows;
-Community; – Estate, Villages, Children’s homes, e.t.c – Kes.4, 500 

-Public Institution; – Schools, Colleges, Universities, e.t.c – Kes.8, 000

-Private Institution; – Schools, Colleges, Universities, e.t.c – Kes.12, 000

– Corporate Companies, Disciplined Forces, Parastatals, NGOs, etc – Kes.17, 000
The above club affiliation fee is renewed annually.
– Payments for affiliation fees should be paid only to the KTMF account name below:

RECEIVE ANY OFFICIAL COMMUNICATION FROM KTMF HQ. THE FEDERATION WILL
ENGAGE AND COMMUNICATE WITH AFFILIATED CLUBS AND MEMBERS ONLY.
